Our “Pasta del Maestro” is produced without additives and without emulsifiers, thus ensuring a superior quality product that aims to meet the needs of people with gluten intolerances (celiac disease) and those who prefer a diet rich with protein, fiber, low in sodium, with a very tiny amount of sugar and fats.
There are several flours we use to create a 100% Italian artisan product, excellent at taste and healthy at the same time: rice flour, corn, buckwheat, teff and flours produced 100% by legumes: red lentils, chickpeas and peas
