We use only certified flours, naturally gluten-free, of the highest quality and from organic cultivations with the aim of offering an artisanal product that is excellent in taste and healthy at the same time.

We personally control the selection and collection of raw ,certifying all the stages of production of our pasta for a 100% Made in Italy product.
